Humaria's Transformation

In only 3 MONTHS Humaria has achieved INCREDIBLE results!

Humaria is an extremely hard worker individual. She takes on every bit of advice given and puts in 100% into each of our sessions. From being somebody that absolutely dreads any form of physical activity, including walking, she approached me 3 months ago wanting to make a change to feel and look her best for her wedding. 

We perform 3 1:1 sessions a week together and work on various areas which include:
— Improving her eating habits and built a good, balanced relationship with food. She says “You practically changed my way of eating”.
— Focused on getting more daily steps in.
— Prioritised and improved her gut health.
— Learnt how to listen and understand her body better. 
— Enjoys the gym (sometimes) 
— Her mindset, attitude and discipline has grown immensely.

This is only the start of her health and fitness journey and I’m so excited to continue working together!

The weight loss is the bare minimum I have got out of our sessions. I feel like I’m getting my life back, one step at a time.
